The air conditioning was ineffective, leaving rooms uncomfortably warm!!! Persistent noise from the street disrupted sleep, especially on weekends!!! Inconsistent housekeeping left rooms unkempt with dirty linens!!!

Consider asking for a room that isn't facing the main street to minimize noise and ensure a more restful stay.

The location was amazing-just a quick 5-minute stroll into the heart of the Old Town Square. I loved the spaciousness of the Double Room. It felt like a cozy little hideaway. Plus, the 24/7 free coffee and tea? Such a good perk!

Just a well-suited match for a city break in Prague with value for money. They stored our luggage until we returned later that day. It can get noisy, so pack earplugs if you're sensitive to sound.

Despite these hiccups, I appreciated the overall cleanliness and the staff's helpfulness. If they fix the AC and WiFi, it would really enhance the experience.
